Shipping

Closeout.com uses UPS, UPS Freight, Fedex, Fedex Freight, DHL, Yellow Freight, Old Domenion, and Sun Delivery services for shipping. Any item shipped using standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. We offer expedited delivery service for an additional fee.

In order to ensure your expedited order arrives on time please read the following:

  1. 2nd day and overnight delivery, orders must be placed on a business day, Monday through Friday before 11 AM EST.
  2. There is no express delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO box, APO and FPO Addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO box, APO and FPO Addresses.
  3. Overnight delivery orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday or on the day preceding any legal holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
  4. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or any legal holiday.
  5. For your security, Closeout.com reserves the right to withhold any 2nd Day or Overnight order until we obtain verification from the cardholder that the order is valid. Once we are able to contact you, the order is shipped ASAP.

Please note: We will contact the cardholder via telephone or e-mail to obtain such verification.

We ask that the Customer please try and respond in an expeditiously so that the order can ship in a timely manner.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time without penalty prior to shipment. Shipment means the day the item leaves the warehouse, not the day you receive shipment notification. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and applicable restocking.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back!
At Closeout.com we stand behind our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some items have specific return directions. Read below for details.

Direction for Returns
We must receive your returned purchase within "30 days of receipt" in order to issue a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will then credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Returning Orders with Shipping Charges
There is a 10% restocking fee after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

Returning Orders Without Shipping Charges (Free Shipping)
There is a 20% restocking fee after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

Returning High Value Products
If you wish to return a jewelry item, please do so within 30 days of receipt (as indicated on your packing slip), following these directions:

Contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and the address for return. Please call us at toll free AT 866-401-0102 or email us at CustomerService@Closeout.com. Our service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

Returning CDs, DVDs & Software
Follow the directions for returning general merchandise above. CDs, DVDs & Software must be in their original, unopened packages to be accepted for return. In addition, items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

Items with Warranty
Some items such as watches have warrantees to cover the watch movement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damages by excessive use, accidents or abuse. All shipping and handling for warranty service is the responsibility of the customer. For more information and details on how to redeem your warranty, please follow the pamphlet included in your box. Exchanges
To exchange a product you have purchased at Closeout.com, please return the item you received, following the directions above.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Closeout.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at CustomerService@Closeout.com Or find out our Customer Service hours and phone number. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days.


Closeout.com replaces and/or repairs all defective or damaged merchandise caused by manufacture defect or in transit.

If you have received a manufacturer defective product contact manufacturer first.

If the product was damaged during transit contact us at customerservice@closeout.com or call during our Customer Service hours at 866-401-0102. We require our customer to inspect package before signing and acknowledging receipt.
